Lamb Stew

The comfort food we all need on a cold winters day. Delicious and filling, this was my favorite meal growing up.

Serves 8

  • 2lbs lamb stew
  • half an onion, chopped
  • bag of frozen green beans
  • 6 large potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 6 large carrots chopped
  • Italian seasoning
  • water

Two Cooking methods

Pan: Simmer meat on low with a little water in the bottom of the pan (1/4") for a couple hours. Add vegetables and seasonings and simmer for a couple more hours making sure to never run out of water.

Slow-Cooker: put all ingredients in slow cooker for 7-8hrs on low or 3-4hrs on high
