Lamb Shoulder Steaks

Perfect on the BBQ for a quick summer meal or sear on the stove if there's too much snow on the ground.

Ingredients for marinade

  • 1 cup dark ale (sweet/balanced porter)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp yellow curry
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Mix together with two steaks and marinade for 4 hours

Remove and pat dry, season with salt and pepper.

Place on grill at high heat for 4- 5 min or on skillet at med-high heat for 4-5 min

Let rest for 5 min before eating.
