Lamb Kebobs

The perfect summer roasting appetizer. Make them ahead of time and take them camping or enjoy at a backyard get together!

 

-Lamb Roast cut into 1” cubes, or lamb stew (1 roast makes 45 skewers)

-Three bell peppers, cut into large squares

-1 large onion, cut into large squares

Marinade

-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

-2 tbsp soy sauce

-1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

-2 tbsp. olive oil

-1 tsp salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper

 

1.       I find the roast is easier to cut when partially frozen. Place cubes in a bag with the marinade ingredients for 4 hours

2.       Place pieces of meat, bell peppers and onions on skewers

3.       Barbeque for 4 minutes on both sides OR

4.       Roast in oven at 350 F for 25-30min
